CEO and Founder

Mark leads our fractional CFO practice and is very passionate about sharing his vast financial and operational business knowledge to help entrepreneurs and CEOs get a handle on their finances and start realizing their goals.

  • Six years experience with PwC, a Big 4 accounting and advisory firm
  • Provided CFO level services to some notable leading class organizations such as: Honda, Johnson & Johnson, Air Miles, Air Canada, and IBM
  • A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with expertise in process optimization, waste reduction, and Voice of Customer strategies
  • Delivered executive coaching and corporate training workshops using daily operational scorecards, integrating Stephen Covey’s principles “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”
  • 7 mergers & acquisitions completed
  • 10 ERP implementations completed – on time & on budget
  • Head coach, President, and Board chair for Barrie Baydogs Triathlon Club (2012-2020)
  • 2x Ironman triathlon finisher
  • Boston Marathon finisher
  • Avid hiker, with goal of completing the entire Bruce Trail
