Meet Mark DesLauriers, CPA, CA
Founder & CEO
With over 30 years of financial and operational experience, Mark has helped organizations from start-ups to global enterprises achieve growth and profitability.
A CPA and Chartered Accountant, Mark began his career with PwC and has led finance and operations projects with companies including Honda, Johnson & Johnson, Air Miles, Air Canada, and IBM.
He’s a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experienced in process optimization, strategy execution, and leadership team development.
Mark combines deep financial insight with practical business coaching — partnering with entrepreneurs to drive clarity, accountability, and measurable results.
Beyond the Numbers
Mark is a two-time Ironman and Boston Marathon finisher, a former President of the Barrie Baydogs Triathlon Club, and an avid Bruce Trail hiker.
Above all, he’s a proud father and grandfather — values that ground his approach to leadership and client relationships.
