Founder & CEO
Mark DesLauriers is a CPA, Chartered Accountant, and business advisor with more than 35 years of financial and executive leadership experience.
He began his career with PwC and has worked with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial businesses to global enterprises, including Honda, Johnson & Johnson, Air Miles, Air Canada, and IBM.
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mark brings a practical approach to financial leadership, process improvement, and business performance.
Today, he helps business owners improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and make more informed decisions through Fractional CFO services.
Mark is also the founder of SixSight Advisory and creator of the SixSight Framework™, helping leadership teams strengthen accountability, alignment, and execution.
Beyond the Numbers
Mark is a two-time Ironman triathlon finisher, Boston Marathon finisher, and avid Bruce Trail hiker.
These experiences reinforced lessons that apply equally to business and life: preparation, discipline, consistency, perseverance, and continuous improvement.
He is also a proud father and grandfather, values that continue to shape his leadership philosophy and approach to client relationships.
